Choosing a Realtor to sell your home is something most people don't have a to do very often. THE PROBLEM is most of the time, homesellers choose the Realtor  by how much the agent says they  can sell the home for. THIS IS A MISTAKE. It's not the agent who is buying your home, it's the buyer, and the market place determines the value of your home . To choose an agent to represent you, there are several factors you need to determine before listing your home for sale.  THESE ARE:

  • How long has the agent been selling real estate? (Experts will have 10 years or more).
  • What designations do they have? ( This is a  basis to determine knowledge from an independent source. CRS is the highest, and there are others that are good too, i.e. CRB, GRI).
  • Are they active in that part of town? (I work Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, & Scottsdale, & East Phoenix).
  • Do they have a proven marketing plan? My marketing plan sold homes on a
